Do you feel like you're living your life in the fast lane? Are moments passing by without being able to appreciate them? Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) might be for you. MBSR is an empirically-supported 8-week group program. In this course, mindfulness practices, namely meditation and yoga movement training are offered to assist participants in slowing down and cultivating awareness of what is causing them stress and learning to relate in new ways to life’s most complex and challenging circumstances.
